Did you know that the sky speaks Greek? Many constellations are named after gods, heroes and creatures from Greek mythology. Take a journey through space with Astronomella and discover them!

Picture the stars as little dots. Join them together dot to dot and form the pictures! This is what ancient Greeks used to do too. On nights when the sky was clear and cloudless, they would look at the stars and come up with stories, thanks to their rich imagination.
And as they observed the sky and the world around them, several questions arose in their minds. How did nature come to be? Why is every animal different? Why are there rivers in some places and seas in others? What are humans? In response to their questions, they came up with stories of feats and love affairs of gods and mortals. These stories are myths.

And once you get to know them, they will keep you company on every clear night.
